- Harmonization of purchasing, sales, finance, and time recording processes by deploying a Core Model based on SAP ERP.
Client’s expectations
Deployment of the group’s SAP Core Model on its 3 Hungarian sites (~250 users) covering the P2P, O2C, R2R, and time recording processes.
The aim of the project was to:
- Harmonize all processes—purchase, sales, finance, and time recording—for all three Hungarian companies based on the group model.
- Digitize, secure, and optimize all processes.
- Reduce closing times.
- Improve the quality of financial information.
How we helped
- Project management: Coordinated business actions in close collaboration with SAP’s IT Team.
- Assistance with the SAP solution (FIT/GAP analysis, data collection, test plan, user testing, training, go-live preparation).
